This Circle is headed by Chief Conservator of Forests (Territorial), Yavatmal . Each Forest Division are control by Deputy Consorvator of Forests, assisted by Assistant Conservator of Forests. Forests Division is divided in Range Units & headed by Range Forest Officer.

Forest Labour Coperative Society:-
There are 27 functioning societies in this circle. In the year 2011-12 FLCS work is in progress in 65 coupes in the four territorial divisions as shown in the table below. In this circle 33 societies have been declared as liquidated of the amount outstanding from these 33 socities is Rs. 2.99 crore revenue outstanding from these socities. The details of estimated production and estimated revenue in current year 2011-12 is shown in given below table.
